Trainee - Support / Testing

Eligibility:
BE /B.Tech /ME /M.Tech /MCA (CS,IS,IT,EC,EE,Telecom) 2008 Batch.

Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve problems reported by customers by analyzing, simulating and fixing them.
- Work closely with the development team to bring the product bugs and change requests into product enrichment propositions.
- Available to support customers on a 24*7*365 basis when the situation demands.

Skills Required:-
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Orientation for troubleshooting and problem analysis skills.
- Might be require to travel.
